First it was blogs.
Then YouTube, MySpace, and seemingly almost overnight Facebook and Twitter presented issues your HR department had to deal with. Everyone had to adjust and focus on sensible solutions to issues the corporation had never faced before. Chances are, your company has developed Facebook/Social Media policies.
Have you reviewed those policies and modified them consistent with the Company’s overall internet/social media goals?
This Webinar will focus on critical policy elements you need and warn you of issues and how you should be advising your managers to handle them.
If you haven’t taken a fresh look at your Facebook/Social Media strategies in the last 6 months, it’s already out of date! You’ll walk away with best practices and case studies to help guide your strategy.
PROGRAM SUMMARY
The initial reaction to Social Media/Facebook over the past two years was to create a series of rules and policies to prevent employees from using and/or abusing this technology at the workplace.
Companies are now discovering that this technology can be a valuable business tool.
As Facebook and Social Media become increasingly important business tools for every department in your company, you will need to continue to evolve your policy in order to be relevant to your department needs, customer behavior and industry!

- Is it corporate opinion, or a personal opinion of your staff? How to help everyone in your company define these
3) How to get everyone on the same page!
- Internet Use policy. What to include in your policy statements and things you SHOULD not say!
- Your privacy or their privacy. Who has rights when you are at work and at home?
